What kind of background do you have with Photoshop? Have you used it before? What other types of design and editing software have you used before? Explain.

I don't have any background with Photoshop, I've never used it and never had a reason too. The only type of editing software I've ever used is a photo editor on my phone, and the editor on Instagram to change the color or something on a photo I didn't like.

The perfect curriculum to prepare me for the future I want would be art classes. I've already started the beginning steps into my career by gaining an apprenticeship at a Tattoo and Piercing shop in Missouri. I'm there five days a week, and I've currently been there a year now. Once I complete my apprenticeships, I'll be granted my licenses and I will have a full career. The entirety of my life will be based upon art; how colors work together, how the blend them to create the look of texture, etc. Classes on advanced drawing techniques, color theory, different techniques when drawing or painting to create what you're wanting; these would all be useful classes for my future. They would be very different from the classes I've got now. I wouldn't be studying rocks or the American Government systems.

The following article was in the September issue of The Tiger Print. Read the article (even if you already have) and respond to it below. What do you think? Do you agree? Disagree? Consider all perspectives of the article while you respond.

I completely agree with what Riley said in the article. We should be respected by our teachers, no matter if we're wearing a slightly low-cut shirt, or high-waisted shorts. If it's something I would be seen around my parents in, I should be able to wear it at school and not hear a teacher make a rude comment. If me wearing a top that shows my shoulders creates a "distracting learning environment" for male students, then like Riley said, maybe the male population in our school needs to learn to control themselves a little better. High school isn't an easy time for anyone, and it's made difficult for women to feel slightly comfortable with themselves. If they've found something that isn't inappropriate and makes them feel better about themselves, they don't need to be called out for it. Getting rid of the school dress code isn't going to cause girls to start showing up in anything less than we all already wear.

Tell me about your weekend! If you don't have anything fun to share, tell me about the city you live in. What do you love about Kansas City? Do you have a favorite place in the city? Favorite team? :) Favorite event? Explain.

This weekend I helped my shop decide our plan for the Halloween party we have every year, and our ideas for the $30 tattoo day on Halloween. I also got the gratitude of being able to design my boyfriends and his mothers tattoos. Last night my boyfriend also took me to see the movie Annabelle, we love horror movies and it was really fun.
